Effective: September 16, 2004 Latest Legislation: House Bill 105 - 125th General Assembly Whoever violates division (A) of section 4752.02 of the Revised Code is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on the first offense. On the second offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. On each subsequent offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
