Effective: April 6, 2007 Latest Legislation: House Bill 403 - 126th General Assembly The physical therapy section of the Ohio occupational therapy, physical therapy, and athletic trainers board, subject to the approval of the controlling board, may establish fees in excess of the amounts provided by sections 4755.42, 4755.421, 4755.45, 4755.451, and 4755.46 of the Revised Code, provided that such fees do not exceed those amounts by more than fifty per cent.
