Effective: April 6, 2007 Latest Legislation: House Bill 403 - 126th General Assembly Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to prevent or restrict the practice of any person who is a licensed health care professional in this state while practicing within the scope of the person's license and according to the standards and ethics of the person's profession, or of any person employed by or acting under the supervision of that licensed health care professional. Services rendered by a person acting under the supervision or in the employment of a licensed health care professional shall not be designated physical therapy.
