Effective: April 7, 2003 Latest Legislation: House Bill 374 - 124th General Assembly The counselor, social worker, and marriage and family therapist board and its professional standards committees shall not discriminate against any licensee, registrant, or applicant for a license or certificate of registration under this chapter because of the person's race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability as defined in section 4112.01 of the Revised Code, or age. The board or committee, as appropriate, shall afford a hearing to any person who files with the board or committee a statement alleging discrimination based on any of those reasons.
