Effective: December 23, 2002 Latest Legislation: House Bill 496 - 124th General Assembly The voting members of the chemical dependency professionals board shall receive an amount fixed under division (J) of section 124.15 of the Revised Code for each day employed in the discharge of their official duties as board members and shall be reimbursed for their necessary and actual expenses incurred in the performance of their official duties.
