Effective: September 15, 2014 Latest Legislation: House Bill 483 - 130th General Assembly The chemical dependency professionals board shall approve, in accordance with rules adopted under section 4758.20 of the Revised Code and subject to payment of the fee established under section 4758.21 of the Revised Code, continuing education courses of study for individuals who hold a license, certificate, or endorsement issued under this chapter.
