Effective: September 28, 2016 Latest Legislation: House Bill 230 - 131st General Assembly An individual who holds a valid prevention consultant certificate or prevention specialist certificate issued under this chapter may engage in the practice of prevention services as specified in rules adopted under section 4758.20 of the Revised Code.
