Effective: January 21, 2018 Latest Legislation: House Bill 49 - 132nd General Assembly Whenever the term 'Ohio board of dietetics' is used in any statute, rule, contract, or other document, the use shall be construed to mean the 'state medical board,' with respect to implementing Chapter 4759. of the Revised Code.Whenever the executive secretary of the Ohio board of dietetics is used in any statute, rule, contract, or other document, the use shall be construed to mean the executive director of the state medical board, with respect to implementing Chapter 4759. of the Revised Code.
