Effective: September 12, 2008 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 175 - 127th General Assembly (A) As used in this section, 'fetal death' has the same meaning as in section 3705.01 of the Revised Code. (B) Emergency medical service personnel shall dispose of the product of a fetal death in the manner set forth for the disposition of fetal remains in the 'emergency medical technician-basic: national standard curriculum.'
