Effective: March 22, 2001 Latest Legislation: House Bill 107 - 123rd General Assembly No athlete agent shall publish or cause to be published any false, fraudulent, or misleading notice, advertisement, or information with knowledge that it is false, fraudulent, or misleading. All advertisements of an athlete agent shall contain the name and registered business address of the athlete agent and some indication that the athlete agent is registered with the Ohio athletic commission.As used in this section, 'advertisement' includes circulars, signs, newspaper or magazine publications, or other oral or written communication that names the athlete agent in connection with the provision of services as an athlete agent.
