Effective: March 22, 2001 Latest Legislation: House Bill 107 - 123rd General Assembly (A) Whoever violates section 4771.06 or division (J) or (K) of section 4771.17 of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.(B) An athlete agent who violates division (C) of section 4771.02 of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
