Effective: January 21, 2018 Latest Legislation: House Bill 49 - 132nd General Assembly Whenever the term 'manufactured homes commission' is used, referred to, or designated in any statute, rule, contract, grant, or other document, the use, reference, or designation shall be deemed to refer to 'the department of commerce.' Whenever the term 'executive director of the manufactured homes commission' is used, referred to, or designated in any statute, rule, contract, grant, or other document, the use, reference, or designation shall be deemed to mean the director of commerce.
