Effective: September 29, 2013 Latest Legislation: House Bill 59 - 130th General Assembly Whoever violates division (A) of section 4783.02 of the Revised Code shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars nor more than five hundred dollars or imprisoned for not less than six months nor more than one year, or both. Each violation shall be a separate offense.
