Effective: December 29, 2023 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 131 - 134th General Assembly If the law governing the applicable profession, occupation, or occupational activity allows a licensing authority to determine the fitness to practice of an applicant who has not been engaged in the practice of the profession, occupation, or occupational activity for a period of time specified in that law and to impose terms and conditions on the applicant to receive a license or government certification, the licensing authority may apply the requirements of that law to an applicant under this chapter.
