Effective: April 6, 2023 Latest Legislation: House Bill 509 - 134th General Assembly Notwithstanding any contrary provision of the Revised Code, no occupational licensing board shall require a photograph or physical description of an applicant who is an individual as a condition of issuing or renewing an occupational license, specialty occupational license for medical reimbursement, certification, or registration.
