Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly The public utilities commission shall have a seal bearing the following inscription: 'The Public Utilities Commission of Ohio.' The seal shall be affixed to all writs and authentications of copies of records and to such other instruments as the commission directs. All courts shall take judicial notice of said seal.
