Effective: November 4, 2005 Latest Legislation: House Bill 218 - 126th General Assembly Regarding advanced services or internet protocol-enabled service as defined by federal law, including federal regulations, the public utilities commission shall not exercise any jurisdiction over those services that is prohibited by, or is inconsistent with its jurisdiction under, federal law, including federal regulations.
