Effective: September 13, 2010 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 162 - 128th General Assembly A railroad company that violates section 4905.10, 4907.13, or 4907.15 of the Revised Code shall forfeit to the state one thousand dollars, and twenty-five dollars for each day the company fails to comply with a requirement of any such section. The forfeiture does not release the company from the assessment provided in section 4905.10 of the Revised Code.
