Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly The public utilities commission shall keep informed of all new construction, extensions, and additions to the property of public utilities, and may prescribe the necessary forms, regulations, and instructions to the officers and employees of such public utilities for the keeping of construction accounts. Such construction accounts shall clearly distinguish all operating expenses and new construction.
