Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly The public utilities commission shall ascertain and prescribe suitable and convenient standard commercial units of the product or service of any public utility when the character of its product or service is such that it can be determined. Such units shall be the lawful units for the purposes of Chapters 4901., 4903., 4905., 4907., 4909., 4921., 4923., and 4925. of the Revised Code.
