Effective: September 13, 2010 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 162 - 128th General Assembly No officer, agent, or employee of a railroad company shall refuse to answer a question propounded to the officer, agent, or employee by a public utilities commissioner in the course of an examination authorized by Chapters 4901., 4903., 4905., 4907., 4909., 4921., 4923., and 4927. of the Revised Code. The property of the railroad company of which such person is an officer, agent, or employee, is liable to be taken in execution to satisfy the fines and costs in case of a violation of this section.
