Effective: February 21, 1967 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 107th General Assembly No officer, agent, or employee in an official capacity of a public utility or railroad shall knowingly violate sections 4905.01 to 4905.07, inclusive, 4905.14 to 4905.19, inclusive, 4905.22 to 4905.51, inclusive, 4905.54 to 4905.57, inclusive, or 4905.60 to 4905.63, inclusive, of the Revised Code, or willfully fail to comply with any lawful order or direction of the public utilities commission made with respect to any public utility or railroad. Each day's continuance of such failure is a separate offense.
