Effective: June 6, 2001 Latest Legislation: House Bill 94 - 124th General Assembly (A) To the extent funding is available in the biomass energy program fund, the public utilities commission shall maintain a program to promote the development and use of biomass energy.(B) The biomass energy program fund is hereby created in the state treasury. Money received by the commission for the program maintained under this section shall be credited to the fund, and used for that program.
