Effective: April 16, 1993 Latest Legislation: House Bill 365 - 119th General Assembly Each operator shall do all of the following:(A) Comply with sections 4905.90 to 4905.96 of the Revised Code and the pipe-line safety code. For the purpose of that compliance, the act or omission of any officer, employee, or agent of an operator, while acting within the scope of his duties or employment, is deemed the act or omission of the operator.(B) Establish and maintain any record, make any report, and provide any information and evidence the commission requires to administer and enforce sections 4905.90 to 4905.96 of the Revised Code and the pipe-line safety code;(C) Permit officers, employees, and agents of the commission to enter and inspect the operator's premises, and its intrastate pipe-line transportation; and inspect, examine, and copy its books, papers, records, contracts, and other relevant documents, as the commission requires to administer and enforce sections 4905.90 to 4905.96 of the Revised Code and the pipe-line safety code.
