Effective: September 13, 2010 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 162 - 128th General Assembly (A) Whoever violates section 4905.52 of the Revised Code shall be fined not less than fifty nor more than five hundred dollars. (B) Whoever violates section 4905.56 of the Revised Code is guilty of a felony of the fifth degree.(C) Whoever violates section 4905.74 of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
