Effective: April 7, 2004 Latest Legislation: House Bill 133 - 125th General Assembly Whoever willfully violates any provision of section 4906.98 of the Revised Code may be fined not less than one thousand dollars nor more than ten thousand dollars for each day of violation, or imprisoned for not more than one year, or both.
