Effective: June 11, 2012 Latest Legislation: House Bill 487 - 129th General Assembly The public utilities commission shall cause blank forms to be prepared suitable for the purposes designated in Chapters 4901., 4903., 4905., 4907., and 4909. of the Revised Code which shall conform as nearly as practicable to the forms prescribed by the interstate commerce commission, and, when necessary, furnish such blank forms to each railroad.
