Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly Section 4907.30 of the Revised Code does not prohibit the interchange of passes for the officers, agents, and employees and their families. Such section does not prohibit any railroad company from carrying passengers free in order to provide relief in cases of general epidemics, pestilence, or other calamitous visitation.
