Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly No railroad shall demand, charge, collect, or receive from a person, firm, or corporation a less compensation for the transportation of property or for a service rendered or to be rendered by such railroad in consideration of such person, firm, or corporation furnishing a part of the facilities incident thereto. This section does not prohibit a railroad from procuring facilities or service incident to transportation and paying a reasonable compensation therefor.
