Effective: June 11, 2012 Latest Legislation: House Bill 487 - 129th General Assembly All regulations, practices, and service of railroad companies prescribed by the public utilities commission shall be in force and be prima-facie reasonable, unless suspended or found otherwise in an action brought for that purpose pursuant to Chapters 4901., 4903., 4905., 4907., and 4909. of the Revised Code, or until changed or modified by the commission.
