Effective: March 23, 2015 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 378 - 130th General Assembly The public utilities commission shall submit to the general assembly an annual report of the previous year's activities under this chapter. Each report shall be submitted on or before April 1. Each report shall be made publicly available on the commission's web site.
