Effective: March 23, 2015 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 378 - 130th General Assembly Notwithstanding any provision of the Revised Code to the contrary, if a person is subject to more than one fine for the same compliance failure, and one fine is imposed under this chapter and one or more other fines are imposed under federal law, rules, or regulations, the person shall not be required to pay the fine imposed under this chapter.
