Effective: March 20, 2019 Latest Legislation: House Bill 402 - 132nd General Assembly Subject to section 4927.124 of the Revised Code, an incumbent local exchange carrier owned and operated exclusively by and solely for its customers may alter its rates for basic local exchange service upward by any amount and at any time.
