Effective: September 13, 2010 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 162 - 128th General Assembly To the extent subject to the public utilities commission's jurisdiction under this chapter, all of the following shall comply with every order, direction, and requirement of the commission made under authority of this chapter: (A) Every telephone company, including every wireless service provider;(B) Every telecommunications carrier;(C) Every provider of internet protocol-enabled services, including voice over internet protocol.
