Effective: October 5, 1999 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 3 - 123rd General Assembly Through a periodic filing with the public utilities commission in such form as the commission shall prescribe by rule under division (A) of section 4928.06 of the Revised Code, each electric utility that owns nuclear generation facilities located in this state shall demonstrate compliance with decommissioning requirements of the nuclear regulatory commission and public utilities commission and shall demonstrate adequate financing mechanisms to fund facility decommissioning.
