Effective: January 4, 2007 Latest Legislation: House Bill 251 - 126th General Assembly On and after the starting date of competitive retail electric service, the director of development shall provide a report every two years until 2008 to the standing committees of the general assembly that deal with public utility matters, regarding the effectiveness of the low-income customer assistance programs and the consumer education program, and the effectiveness of the advanced energy program created under sections 4928.61 to 4928.63 of the Revised Code.
