Effective: September 17, 1996 Latest Legislation: House Bill 476 - 121st General Assembly A natural gas company granted an exemption or alternative rate regulation under section 4929.04 or 4929.05 of the Revised Code is a public utility for the purpose of exercising the rights of a public utility in support of its regulated services and goods. Nothing in this chapter affects the right of appropriation of a natural gas company under law in support of its regulated services and goods.
