Effective: June 26, 2001 Latest Legislation: House Bill 9 - 124th General Assembly Sections 1345.01 to 1345.13 of the Revised Code shall apply to transactions between a natural gas company and its customers that involve natural gas services or goods that are exempt from or otherwise not subject to the jurisdiction of the public utilities commission pursuant to section 4929.03 to 4929.05 of the Revised Code.
