Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly Section 4933.02 of the Revised Code does not confer a right to engage in the business referred to in such section, or to erect or maintain structures in a street, alley, or public place, without the consent of the municipal corporation in which such structures are to be constructed.
