Effective: July 12, 1978 Latest Legislation: House Bill 577 - 112th General Assembly There is hereby created in the state treasury a fund to be known as the public utilities territorial administration fund. The funds collected under section 4933.88 of the Revised Code as assessments shall be credited to the public utilities territorial administration fund.
