Effective: June 17, 2010 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 232 - 128th General Assembly The public utilities commission shall conduct a study to review the condition of reactive power in the state. The commission shall issue a report of its findings to the general assembly not later than one year after the effective date of this section.
