Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly Street railways, with single or double tracks, sidetracks, and turnouts, may be constructed or extended within or without, or partly within and partly without, any municipal corporation. Offices, depots, and other necessary buildings for street railways may be constructed.
