Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly No extension of a street railway located wholly outside a city, or of one wherever located, which is built in pursuance of a right obtained from authority other than that of a municipal corporation, shall be made within the limits of such city, except as a new route.
