Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly A grant to construct an elevated or an underground railroad shall only be made upon such conditions as are agreed upon by the legislative authority of the city, and the company operating such elevated or underground railroad. Every such grant shall provide for the rate of fare within the limits of such city.
