Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly Each city making a grant as provided in sections 4951.34, 4951.35, and 4951.39 to 4951.41, inclusive, of the Revised Code, may provide in such grant, upon such conditions as are agreed upon by the legislative authority of the city and the company operating the elevated or underground railroad, for the ultimate purchase and ownership by the city of such railroad or any part of it.
