Effective: July 1, 1996 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 2 - 121st General Assembly (A) Whoever violates section 4951.53 of the Revised Code shall be fined fifty dollars and imprisoned for not less than ten nor more than thirty days.(B) Whoever violates section 4951.56 of the Revised Code shall be fined not less than twenty-five nor more than one hundred dollars.
