Effective: June 11, 2012 Latest Legislation: House Bill 487 - 129th General Assembly No union terminal company or corporation shall engage in the business of a for-hire motor carrier, as defined in 4921.01 of the Revised Code, over any public highway in this state, without obtaining authority from the public utilities commission, and complying with all laws governing every corporation or company when engaged or proposing to engage in the business of a for-hire motor carrier.
