Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly The company controlling and operating the property of a union terminal company is liable to the public and to persons who contract with such union terminal company, upon all contracts made by it, for all damages caused by it, and for all damages, costs, and expenses which arise from the fault or neglect of its officers and employees.
