Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly Any five or more persons, the majority of whom are citizens of this state, may become a body corporate for the purpose of constructing, maintaining, and operating union electric interurban terminals and depots and connecting tracks. Union electric interurban terminal and depot companies may be organized in the manner provided by law for the creation of corporations generally.
