Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly The managing agent or superintendent of each railroad shall establish, and publish to all the employees on the railroad, such rules and regulations as in all cases will secure strict compliance with sections 4955.10 and 4955.11 of the Revised Code, and shall republish such rules and regulations on each timetable or card issued to the employees on the railroad.
